Overview

The CLINA program offers a 12-month journey blending online dialogue sessions, in-person workshops, and hybrid formats, including one-on-one coaching and full-day inspiration forums.

We begin with tailored coaching sessions to evaluate individual strengths and set clear, personalized goals.

Throughout the program, participants engage in ten dialogue sessions and two inspiration forums to share actionable strategies and insights on advanced leadership practices, exchange ideas with global experts, world-class senior executives and build lasting, cross-sector relationships.

Coaching Sessions

Embedded within the CLINA program two personalized coaching sessions are carefully designed to drive both individual performance and strategic impact.

The first session is tailored to evaluate each participant’s leadership profile, identifying core strengths and setting precise, actionable goals aligned with their broader leadership ambitions. This ensures participants enter the program with a clear roadmap to maximize their potential.

The second coaching session is focused on preparing participants for their keynote presentation during the program’s high-impact dialogue sessions.

This coaching refines their ability to present strategies, challenges, or innovative ideas with clarity and authority. Through this platform, participants gain valuable insights from peers while positioning themselves as influential voices within their sectors, elevating their leadership presence.

They equip participants to maximize their engagement within the CLINA cohort, capitalize on peer-driven insights, and position themselves at the forefront of leadership excellence.

Dialogue Sessions

The CLINA Dialogue Sessions are designed to foster high-level strategic exchange and actionable learning in a confidential online and hybrid setting, allowing participants from around the world to engage seamlessly. Each month, participants join two 60-minute sessions that provide a blend of leadership insights and peer interaction.
