The CLINA program is tailored for senior executives with at least five years of experience in roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, CXO, or Head of various departments.
To ensure diversity within each cohort, we welcome participants from a broad range of sectors across five continents, representing different company types, including global corporations, regional firms, listed companies, and family-owned businesses. We seek professionals from diverse functional backgrounds such as sales, manufacturing, finance, energy, environment, HR, and more.
The program is conducted in English.
Each Forum group is limited to 15 participants to encourage a dynamic exchange of experiences and ideas.
Assessment Process
To ensure the highest quality of dialogue and peer learning, we utilize a comprehensive assessment process. Candidates are evaluated based on their leadership experience, strategic vision, and potential to contribute to and benefit from our diverse, high-caliber community.
In addition to experienced executives, we welcome high-potential individuals identified by their organizations as future leaders poised for roles of greater complexity. These candidates are selected for their exceptional promise and the opportunity to enhance their skills, preparing them for advanced leadership positions.
